Buenas tardes, Como la lámpara no se puede ver porque no se encuentra en la tienda si finalmente no me gustara ¿se puede devolver o cambiar? Es muy arriesgado comprar on-line sin poderlo ver físicamente Gracias

En ese caso el cliente nos debe enviar la mercancía en perfecto estado con el embalaje original a nuestro almacén, los gastos de envío son por cuenta del cliente, una vez que comprobemos que todo está correcto procedemos a hacerle el reembolso.
